Cinema 4D: Edit logo, select output paths, and render.
After Effects: Easy color controls that apply to all scenes.

Objects with different colors are rendered as separate object buffers. All colors can be changed inside After Effects. Every scene is built on its own, so scenes can be re-arranged, or deleted if you need shorter animation.
